How do I place an order?
To place an order you choose the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information as well as pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.
Where can I enter my discount code?
Your discount code can be added to your cart which you will find if you click on the cart icon in the upper right corner. The discount will immediately be discounted from the total sum when applying the coupon. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible in order for us to change or cancel your order before it is shipped. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We currently use Stripe and PayPal to handle all payments. Dinka AB does not handle any credit card numbers. We always charge in the currency specified on the homepage, it is your bank that convert the payment to your currency.
It is always free shipping when you order from us. Delivery times depend on where you live and then which country you live in but as a rule, it takes no more than 7 days. Your order is insured and we ship all orders via Swedish Post (Posten).

Set time and date
Date: Set the date by pulling out the crown one step (position 1). Change the date by turning the crown clockwise.
Time: Set the time by gently pulling out the crown two steps (position 2).
(The date will change gradually between 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.)

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, the customer has 14 days. The item must be intact for the customer to cancel the purchase. If item are handled to a greater extent than was necessary and it is not in the same state, Dinka AB reserves the right to make depreciation deductions on the amount to be refunded. Customer is responsible for the item / s returned to Dinka AB on surrender. The customer pays for the cost of return shipping and Dinka AB is not responsible if the product disappears during the return shipping. Dinka AB refund when the item has come to our disposal and processing is then up to 3 weeks.
Right to exchange
Of course, you replace your item against another and we offer the right to exchange up to 14 days. The item must be intact for the customer to switch to another product. Customer pays return shipping and Dinka Watches pays shipping of the new item.
Customs and VAT
All prices include Swedish VAT. Customers outside the European Union are required to pay their country's VAT and customs duty in the event it will be.
When ordering you agree that your personal information, including email address, cell phone number for calls and SMS messages, and any other digital addresses can be stored and used by Dinka AB for marketing and for statistical and analytical purposes.
Our watches are 5 ATM waterproof. Suitable for everyday use and are shower resistant but should avoid diving.
24 months warranty on all products bought at Dinkawatches.com/.se and valid from date of purchase. Dinka AB assess whether the damage is covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
* Bracelets and batteries
* Damage accident, falls or blows
* Water and moisture damage due diving.
